Return and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

We want to ensure that you get the best Ayurvedic products at your doorstep. Please check the product at the point of delivery. If damaged, please Email (info@ihiglobal.com) / WhatsApp (+91-8800001105) us the photograph of the damaged product within a period of 24 hrs. You will then need to send the product back to us. Once we receive the product from your side, your full payment shall be refunded in your account.

Cancellation Policy

Once the order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. However if we are unable to deliver the product, the full payment will be refunded in your account in a period of 4-5 days (time limit provided by the Payment Gateway).
